Father, in the name of Jesus, I surrender my thought life to You.
I understand that every thought that appears does not deserve residence.
Therefore, according to 2 Corinthians 10:5, I bring thoughts into captivity to the obedience of Christ.
I reject thoughts that continually produce fear, lust, bitterness, pride, jealousy, condemnation, confusion, revenge, hopelessness, or unbelief.
Renew my mind through Your Word.
Teach me to think upon whatsoever is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous, and worthy of praise.
Father, increase my capacity for revelation and discernment.
Show me great and mighty things that I do not know.
Increase my ability to understand spiritual truth.
Give me wisdom to recognize what is from You and what merely sounds spiritual.
My mind will not become an unrestricted dwelling place for every thought that knocks at its door.
My mind belongs to Christ.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
