Guard What I Participate In

Father, in the name of Jesus, I present my body to You as a living sacrifice.

My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost.

Therefore, I refuse to use my body in ways that dishonor the One who dwells within me.

Consecrate my hands.

Consecrate my habits.

Consecrate my appetites.

Consecrate my actions.

Give me wisdom concerning what I touch, what I participate in, what I practice, and what I repeatedly expose my body to.

I yield my members to You as instruments of righteousness.

Father, increase my capacity to carry Your presence and serve Your purposes.

Let these hands serve.

Let these hands build.

Let these hands comfort.

Let these hands give.

Let these hands work righteousness.

Let these hands be available whenever You desire to use them.

My body is not merely something I possess; it is something I present to God.
