O Lord God Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, we come before Thy throne in humility and repentance. We acknowledge that the earth is Thine, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Thou art the righteous Judge of all the earth, and Thy mercy endureth forever.
Father, we ask Thee to forgive the sins of this land. Forgive the shedding of innocent blood, the pride, rebellion, idolatry, immorality, greed, injustice, corruption, and every work of darkness that has grieved Thy Holy Spirit. Wash this land with Thy mercy and let the blood of Jesus Christ speak better things than judgment.
We humble ourselves before Thee and seek Thy face. Turn our hearts from wicked ways and create within us a clean heart. Renew a right spirit within us. Let repentance begin in Thy people and spread throughout the land. Pour upon us the spirit of grace and supplication that men, women, and children may return unto the Lord with their whole heart.
Arise, O God, and let Thine enemies be scattered. Let every stronghold of darkness, every work of witchcraft, violence, addiction, division, deception, and lawlessness be broken by the power of Thy Spirit. Let the light of the Gospel shine in every community, every home, every school, every workplace, and every place of government.
Raise up righteous leaders who fear Thy name and hate covetousness. Let wisdom, justice, and truth be established in the gates of this land. Remove corruption and establish judgment and righteousness. Let those who govern do so with integrity, humility, and the fear of the Lord.
We pray for the families of this land. Turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers. Heal broken homes, strengthen marriages, protect the elderly, and guide the youth in the paths of righteousness. Let every household become a place where Thy name is honored.
We ask for peace within our borders and prosperity within our communities. Rebuke the devourer for our sakes. Bless the labor of honest hands. Send rain in due season. Bless the fields, the businesses, the schools, and the resources of the land. Let the people eat and be satisfied and give glory unto Thy holy name.
Lord, send revival. Pour out Thy Spirit upon all flesh. Let sons and daughters prophesy, young men see visions, and old men dream dreams. Let signs of repentance, holiness, and salvation be seen throughout the region. Let the knowledge of the glory of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.
We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over this land. Let His kingdom come and His will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Establish Thy throne of righteousness and peace. Let truth spring out of the earth and righteousness look down from heaven.
Now unto Thee who art able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, receive all honor, glory, dominion, and power forever and ever.
