Day 1 — The Promise of Another Comforter
June 10–11, 2026
Scripture · John 14:16–18
Jesus knew His disciples would face battles, persecution, confusion, and loneliness. Yet before He left, He made a promise. He promised another Comforter.
The Holy Ghost was never intended to be an optional blessing for a few believers. He was God's answer to the believer's need for comfort, guidance, strength, and fellowship.
Notice what Jesus said:
"He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you."
Reflection
Am I depending upon the Holy Ghost daily, or merely remembering past encounters?
Prayer
Father, thank You for sending the Comforter. Help me recognize His presence and walk with Him daily. In Jesus' name, Amen.
